The Low Country's Hope for the Drug Epidemic

TLC Ministries of Beaufort, Inc. began in 2003 providing referral, intervention and residential services to people in the Beaufort, South Carolina area that were fighting with life-controlling addictions and homelessness.  We are the only local, faith-based alcohol and drug outreach recovery ministry whose sole purpose is to help prevent alcohol and drug abuse in our community, and to assist in guiding, discipling and empowering those who are struggling to be healed and restored.

We are demonstrating this commitment to the communities of Beaufort County, South Carolina and surrounding areas by combating the drug and alcohol epidemic in a three-fold dynamic:

  • Prevention Services - through our Community Teen Drug and Alcohol Abuse Outreaches.
  • Intervention Services - through family and crisis interventions, correctional facilities, community care, support group services, referrals, and concerned counseling.
  • Residential Services - by housing up to 10 men and 8 women (18+) in separate homes for up to 9 - 12 months of residential, faith-based restoration.
